Shipping / Lead Times

NOTE - We are moving our warehouse the week of March 25th. Delayed shipping windows may occur.

Most orders are processed and shipped within five days of their receipt during our 1 week move. However, part or all of your order could take longer to ship,depending on the availability of the requested product.

Orders ship only Monday through Thursday; we do not ship Saturday or Sunday. To inquire about international shipping, please email info@northdrinkware.com

Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. They do everything they can to ensure your package arrives safely. This requires great care in packing, extra packing materials, and consideration of the number of items in a box, all of which adds to the expense of shipping.We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We expect careful handling by the carrier while the package is en route to you. However, sometimes damage does occur. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you. info@northdrinkware.com
