Shipping / Lead Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within two days of their receipt. Orders placed after 1pm PST will be processed the following day.
Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We do support international shipping, but do not...and can not determine or cover the VAT costs for your delivery. Please consider this before your international purchase.
Our packing and shipping department takes great pride in our low breakage rates. We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely. However, sometimes shit happens. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and keep the packing materials. We will replace all broken items at no cost to you. info@northdrinkware.com
Lost or Stolen Packages
Warranty
North Drinkware guarantees our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. North Drinkware reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires photos and proof of purchase from an authorized North Drinkware dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, North Drinkware will replace the item at no cost to you.
All claims must be submitted to info@northdrinkware.com with an email titled WARRANTY RETURN. Do not return your North product to a store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on North Drinkware products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your North Drinkware experience. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of your North Drinkware purchases up to 30 days from the time of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
